Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer
Own the technical delivery of mid-market and enterprise SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations. You'll design custom workflows, build application connectors, and tune certification campaigns that actually get reviewed. This is a billable consulting role across multiple concurrent client engagements.
What you'll do
- Design and implement IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and custom tasks using BeanShell and Java
- Build and maintain application connectors including JDBC, LDAP, AD, SaaS, and custom flat-file integrations
- Configure role models, birthright access, and access request and approval flows
- Lead certification campaign design including reviewer selection, scope, and remediation workflows
- Tune identity cube refresh performance, task scheduling, and database indexing for 100K+ identity implementations
- Author technical design documents, runbooks, and knowledge transfer artifacts
- Mentor analysts and junior engineers on SailPoint best practices
What we need from you
- 5+ years hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation experience across at least two full lifecycle projects
- SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or SailPoint Certified Identity Professional (SCIP)
- Strong BeanShell, Java, and SQL proficiency
- Working knowledge of identity governance frameworks, SOX, and access review patterns
- Experience with at least three connector types beyond AD and JDBC
- Ability to work directly with client stakeholders, architects, and IAM program managers
- Based in the US with unrestricted work authorization
Bonus, not required
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) exposure
- Experience with SailPoint NERM or File Access Manager
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration patterns
- Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience
