IAM Analyst, SailPoint Access Reviews and Certifications
Support SailPoint IdentityIQ certification campaigns and access review operations across enterprise clients. This is an early-career consulting role designed for analysts who want to grow into engineering and architecture through real delivery experience and structured mentorship.
What you'll do
- Configure and execute SailPoint IdentityIQ certification campaigns including scope, reviewers, and schedules
- Triage remediation items, partner with application owners, and track closure to completion
- Build and tune certification reports and dashboards using IIQ reporting and custom queries
- Support role mining and entitlement rationalization workshops with client stakeholders
- Assist senior engineers with basic workflow, rule, and task configuration under supervision
- Document campaign outcomes, lessons learned, and process improvements
- Shadow senior engineers on implementation projects and take on increasing technical scope
What we need from you
- 1 to 3 years of IAM, IT audit, GRC, or compliance experience
- Exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ or a comparable IGA platform (Saviynt, Oracle Identity Governance, One Identity)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort tracking dozens of parallel remediation tasks
- Clear written and verbal communication with application owners and managers
- Desire to grow into a SailPoint engineering or architecture role over 2 to 3 years
- US-based with unrestricted work authorization
Bonus, not required
- SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer or IIQ Engineer (even if recently certified)
- Exposure to SOX, HIPAA, or similar audit cycles
- Basic SQL and scripting skills
- Prior internship or rotational role in IAM, security, or IT audit
