IAM Business System Analyst
Bridge client business stakeholders and IdentityLogic delivery teams. You'll lead requirements discovery, translate access governance needs into technical user stories, and own requirements traceability through design, build, test, and deploy.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions with client business owners, application owners, and security stakeholders
- Translate business access requirements into technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and design specifications
- Document current-state access processes and design future-state target operating models
- Build process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and entitlement matrices
- Facilitate user acceptance testing including test plan authoring, defect triage, and signoff coordination
- Partner with engineers, architects, and project managers to keep requirements clean as scope evolves
- Maintain requirements traceability across discovery, design, build, test, and deploy
What we need from you
- 4+ years business analysis experience with at least 2 years in IAM, IGA, or security domains
- Working knowledge of identity governance concepts (lifecycle, roles, entitlements, certifications, separation of duties)
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
- Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and process modeling tools
- Comfortable writing technical user stories and acceptance criteria reviewed by engineers
- US-based with unrestricted work authorization
Bonus, not required
- Prior delivery experience on SailPoint, Okta, or CyberArk implementations
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis certification
- Familiarity with NIST 800-53, SOX, HIPAA, or similar control frameworks
- Experience producing auditor-facing artifacts and evidence packages
