Privileged Account Management Administrator, CyberArk Privilege Cloud
Administer CyberArk Privilege Cloud (with on-prem PSM components). Approximately 200 vaulted privileged accounts plus interactive-login service accounts, 15 integrated endpoints, and an active onboarding backlog across Windows, Linux, network devices, and cloud-native workloads. Greenfield opportunity to build automated SailPoint ISC to CyberArk Privilege Cloud integration.
What you'll do
- Configure CyberArk Privilege Cloud and all on-prem server components
- Deploy CyberArk security patches for PSM servers and other on-prem components
- Administer privileged user accounts; integrate interactive-login service accounts into safes
- Identify privileged accounts not yet vaulted; partner with stakeholders to onboard credentials
- Create and manage Platforms, Policies, and Safes; manage and test CPM plugins
- Perform health-check monitoring on all CyberArk on-prem servers
- Test, document, and certify new product versions, capabilities, and bug fixes
- Read blueprints and architectural diagrams; execute implementation plans independently
- Troubleshoot CyberArk issues across the full PAM stack
- Create support documentation and perform knowledge transfer for new safe users
- Support bi-weekly Wednesday 5:00 p.m. ET sprint deployments and occasional Saturday morning maintenance
What we need from you
- 5+ years hands-on with CyberArk including Privilege Cloud (not on-prem-only)
- Hands-on experience with PSM, CPM, Vault, and PVWA components
- Demonstrated work creating and managing Safes, Platforms, and Policies at scale
- Privileged-account discovery and onboarding experience
- CPM plugin development and testing
- Strong troubleshooting across the CyberArk stack
- Must work U.S. Eastern business hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET; offshore candidates welcome
- Available to start July 1, 2026 dedicated full-time to a single client for the 3-year contract term
Bonus, not required
- CyberArk Certified Defender or Sentry (CDE-CPC for Privilege Cloud especially valued)
- Experience in a state or municipal government environment
- Prior integration of CyberArk with SailPoint IGA for automated provisioning of privileged access
