Senior Manager, IAM Delivery
Lead concurrent client delivery teams of engineers, architects, and analysts. Accountable for delivery quality, utilization, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of engagements. People manager for a team of 8 to 15.
What you'll do
- Manage a team of 8 to 15 engineers, architects, and analysts across multiple concurrent client engagements
- Own delivery quality, on-time milestones, and client satisfaction across the portfolio
- Run weekly delivery reviews; surface risks and escalate appropriately
- Partner with sales and account teams on scoping, proposals, and renewal planning
- Conduct performance reviews, career conversations, and growth planning for direct reports
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and retention for the assigned team
- Identify reusable accelerators, runbooks, and IP from delivery; promote into the firm's delivery library
What we need from you
- 10+ years IAM delivery experience with at least 3 years managing IAM engineers or architects
- Direct accountability for at least one multi-client portfolio or multi-million dollar engagement P&L
- Strong hands-on background in at least one core platform (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, Entra ID)
- Demonstrated ability to coach engineers and elevate technical quality across a team
- Comfortable presenting to client executives, sales leadership, and the IdentityLogic principals
- US-based with unrestricted work authorization
Bonus, not required
- Prior consulting management experience at a boutique or Big 4 firm
- PMP, SCM, or equivalent delivery management certification
- Active platform certifications (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk)
