Director, IAM Delivery
Lead the IAM delivery organization including capability strategy, capacity planning, hiring, and engagement quality. Own delivery P&L, methodology, and the management layer below you.
What you'll do
- Own the IAM delivery organization including Senior Managers, architects, engineers, and analysts
- Set delivery strategy: capability roadmap, target capacity, hiring plan, and quality bar
- Partner with sales and BD on pipeline-to-capacity matching, pricing, and resource planning
- Own delivery economics: utilization, gross margin, and engagement profitability across the portfolio
- Lead methodology and tooling investment: delivery playbooks, accelerators, IP development
- Resolve escalations and turn around at-risk engagements
- Build and mentor the management layer (Senior Managers, Managers, Lead Engineers)
- Represent IdentityLogic delivery at client executive briefings and partner events
What we need from you
- 15+ years IAM experience with at least 5 years leading a delivery organization
- Prior accountability for delivery P&L at $5M+ annual revenue scale
- Track record of building delivery teams and bringing IAM programs in on time and on budget
- Hands-on foundation in at least two core IAM platforms with current market awareness
- Comfortable interfacing with C-level client sponsors and IdentityLogic executive leadership
- US-based with unrestricted work authorization
Bonus, not required
- Prior Director or Practice Lead role at a boutique IAM consultancy or Big 4 IAM practice
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certification
- Experience standing up offshore or nearshore IAM delivery capability
