Quality Assurance Specialist, Cross-Domain IAM

What you'll do

1. Design, build, and operate a Selenium-based IAM QA automation framework and reusable test scripts (greenfield, no prior automation in place)
2. Test new and existing features across SailPoint ISC, Ping, CyberArk, and the client middleware layer
3. Develop and enforce QA standards together with the client IAM team
4. Create test data covering the full identity lifecycle, including PeopleSoft HCM data flows
5. Generate test cases and scripts that evaluate every requirement; run manual and automated feature tests
6. Run regression and smoke tests; document and report all testing results
7. Act as the release validation gate before production deploys
8. Support bi-weekly Wednesday 5:00 p.m. ET sprint deployments and occasional Saturday morning maintenance

What we need from you

1. 5+ years hands-on QA testing IAM systems (IGA, AM, PAM)
2. Hands-on Selenium experience for regression and smoke automation
3. Experience designing and standing up a QA automation framework from scratch
4. Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM data structures sufficient to construct identity-lifecycle test data
5. Experience writing test cases against IAM workflows: joiner/mover/leaver, certification, role assignment, privileged access checkout, SSO/MFA flows
6. Must work U.S. Eastern business hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET; offshore candidates welcome
7. Available to start July 1, 2026 dedicated full-time to a single client for the 3-year contract term

• ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification
• Prior QA work in a SailPoint ISC environment specifically
• Experience testing Node.js/Express APIs
• API testing tooling familiarity (Postman, REST Assured, or similar)
