IAM Project Manager
Run single-engagement IAM project execution from kickoff through go-live. Tighter scope than the Program Manager role, typically one engagement at a time, with full ownership of plan, status, and project financials.
What you'll do
- Own project planning, execution, and closure for a single IAM engagement at a time
- Build and maintain project plan, resource allocation, status reports, and risk register
- Run client status meetings and sprint reviews
- Coordinate engineering, QA, and client stakeholder activities to meet milestones
- Track project financials: budget burn, billable hours, change orders
- Document lessons learned and contribute to project closeout
What we need from you
- 5+ years project management experience with at least 2 years on IAM or security projects
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management credential
- Hands-on experience managing technical projects through agile or hybrid delivery
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Working familiarity with at least one IAM platform's delivery patterns
- US-based with unrestricted work authorization
Bonus, not required
- Prior experience on SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or Ping delivery engagements
- Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project for plan management
- Background in consulting environments with billable utilization targets
