Head of Client Services

Own client experience and account health across the IdentityLogic portfolio. Executive sponsor on key accounts; partner with delivery and BD on renewals, expansions, and recovery of at-risk accounts.

What you'll do

  1. Own client experience, account health, and post-sale relationship across the portfolio
  2. Serve as executive sponsor on key accounts; build relationships with client sponsors and economic buyers
  3. Drive renewals and account expansion in partnership with the BD team
  4. Operate the client health framework: NPS, executive QBRs, escalation handling
  5. Recover at-risk accounts; lead recovery plans with delivery leadership
  6. Build the client services function as the firm scales: hiring, playbooks, tooling
  7. Represent client voice in delivery, methodology, and product investment decisions

What we need from you

  1. 12+ years client-facing experience in IT consulting, IAM, or enterprise software
  2. Prior leadership of an account management or client success organization
  3. Demonstrated track record of growing accounts and improving NPS or equivalent satisfaction metrics
  4. Comfortable presenting to and negotiating with C-level client sponsors
  5. Working knowledge of the IAM market and IdentityLogic's competitive landscape
  6. US-based with unrestricted work authorization

  • Background at a boutique IAM or security consulting firm
  • Prior P&L responsibility
  • Track record of standing up a client services function from scratch
