Head of Business Development

Own commercial pipeline, partnerships, and go-to-market for IdentityLogic. Build the BD team, run the sales process, and manage vendor and SI relationships across SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, BeyondTrust, and Entra.

What you'll do

  1. Own the commercial pipeline: lead generation, qualification, pursuit, and close
  2. Build and lead the BD team: sales leaders, BDRs, and partner managers
  3. Manage vendor relationships with SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, BeyondTrust, Entra and others
  4. Manage SI partnerships and channel relationships
  5. Set the GTM strategy: target segments, win themes, pricing, packaging
  6. Own pipeline forecasting and bookings against quota
  7. Work closely with delivery and client services on cross-sell and expansion plays

What we need from you

  1. 12+ years sales or BD leadership experience with at least 5 years in IAM, security, or IT consulting
  2. Demonstrated track record carrying and exceeding multi-million dollar quotas
  3. Prior management of a quota-carrying BD or sales team
  4. Strong network of IAM vendor field teams and channel partners
  5. Comfortable presenting at industry events and to C-level prospects
  6. US-based with unrestricted work authorization

Bonus, not required

  • Existing relationships with SailPoint, Okta, or CyberArk regional sales teams
  • Background at a boutique IAM consultancy or vendor sales organization
  • Prior experience standing up a partner program from scratch

What you'll get

Competitive base plus uncapped commission on bookings. Equity participation negotiable.
