Head of Business Development
Own commercial pipeline, partnerships, and go-to-market for IdentityLogic. Build the BD team, run the sales process, and manage vendor and SI relationships across SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, BeyondTrust, and Entra.
What you'll do
- Own the commercial pipeline: lead generation, qualification, pursuit, and close
- Build and lead the BD team: sales leaders, BDRs, and partner managers
- Manage vendor relationships with SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, BeyondTrust, Entra and others
- Manage SI partnerships and channel relationships
- Set the GTM strategy: target segments, win themes, pricing, packaging
- Own pipeline forecasting and bookings against quota
- Work closely with delivery and client services on cross-sell and expansion plays
What we need from you
- 12+ years sales or BD leadership experience with at least 5 years in IAM, security, or IT consulting
- Demonstrated track record carrying and exceeding multi-million dollar quotas
- Prior management of a quota-carrying BD or sales team
- Strong network of IAM vendor field teams and channel partners
- Comfortable presenting at industry events and to C-level prospects
- US-based with unrestricted work authorization
Bonus, not required
- Existing relationships with SailPoint, Okta, or CyberArk regional sales teams
- Background at a boutique IAM consultancy or vendor sales organization
- Prior experience standing up a partner program from scratch
