India CoE IAM Engineer, ISPM (Identity Security Posture Management)
India CoE engineer focused on identity security posture management. Assess, baseline, and continuously improve identity posture across client environments including SaaS, IaaS, and on-prem.
What you'll do
- Deploy and operate ISPM platforms (Adaptive Shield, Grip Security, Permiso, Astrix, Reco, or similar) for client environments
- Build identity posture baselines: misconfigurations, excessive privilege, dormant accounts, MFA gaps, OAuth grant sprawl
- Drive remediation workflows in partnership with client IAM teams
- Build dashboards and executive reporting on identity posture trends
- Tune findings; reduce noise; codify remediation patterns
- Coordinate with client IAM, security, and SaaS administrators during overlap hours
What we need from you
- 4+ years security engineering experience with at least 2 years in IAM or SaaS security posture
- Hands-on with at least one ISPM, SSPM, or identity governance posture platform
- Working knowledge of OAuth grants, SaaS-to-SaaS integrations, and non-human identity risks
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, and major SaaS administration surfaces
- Comfortable working with US clients during India morning hours
- Based in India with eligibility to work for an India-registered entity
Bonus, not required
- Prior experience auditing OAuth grants, service principals, or shadow IT discovery
- Familiarity with CSPM tooling (Wiz, Prisma Cloud) for adjacent context
- Background in IT audit or compliance with technical depth
