India CoE IAM Engineer, IGA (SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt)
Senior IGA engineer in the India Center of Excellence delivering SailPoint, Okta, and Saviynt implementations to US and global clients. Works in overlap with US delivery teams during India morning hours.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ and ISC, Okta Identity Governance, and Saviynt configurations against client requirements
- Develop workflows, rules, and connectors using BeanShell, Java, JavaScript, or platform-native scripting
- Run application onboarding including JDBC, LDAP, AD, REST, and SaaS integrations
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge sharing across the India CoE
- Coordinate with US delivery leads during morning overlap hours
- Author runbooks, technical documentation, and unit test artifacts
What we need from you
- 5+ years hands-on IGA implementation experience across at least one of: SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt
- Working knowledge of at least one additional IGA platform from the list
- Strong scripting in Java, BeanShell, or JavaScript
- Experience integrating IGA platforms with AD, HRIS, and SaaS applications
- Comfortable working with US clients during India morning hours
- Based in India with eligibility to work for an India-registered entity
Bonus, not required
- SailPoint, Okta, or Saviynt platform certification
- Prior consulting experience delivering to US clients
- Experience with role mining, certification campaigns, or access analytics
