Identity Governance Developer, SailPoint ISC
Two dedicated, full-time SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) developers. You will own roughly 26,000 active identities and 123,000 ISC cubes across two tenants, deliver against a 2-week sprint cadence, and partner with the client IAM team lead on connector rules, cloud rules, lifecycle workflows, and REST integrations.
What you'll do
- Own ISC operations across approximately 26,000 active identities and 123,000 cubes in two tenants (Sandbox and Production), each with two hybrid-managed Virtual Appliances
- Develop and maintain 18+ connector rules, 11+ cloud rules, and roughly 20 active lifecycle workflows across about 8 distinct populations
- Build and tune REST/API integrations against ISC; the environment is API-first and multi-tenant
- Integrate ISC with PeopleSoft, Active Directory, and 25+ additional sources and targets (mix of out-of-the-box and custom)
- Drive access requirements gathering, role design, and IGA standards work
- Capture user-reported issues, prioritize through the sprint backlog, and drive resolution to closure
- Improve IAM governance processes: controls, data quality, security risk reduction, and regulatory compliance
- Participate in UAT and partner with client developers and application administrators
- Support bi-weekly Wednesday 5:00 p.m. ET sprint deployments and occasional Saturday morning maintenance
- Produce runbooks, process flows, and project documentation
What we need from you
- 5+ years hands-on with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC, formerly IdentityNow). IdentityIQ-only experience does not satisfy this; ISC migration plus active ISC build experience is acceptable
- Strong REST/API development against the ISC platform
- Demonstrated work with multi-tenant ISC environments
- Proficiency in connector rules, cloud rules, and lifecycle workflow design
- Experience integrating ISC with PeopleSoft and Active Directory as authoritative or target systems
- Strong troubleshooting across IGA platforms; able to author runbooks and process flows
- Must work U.S. Eastern business hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET; offshore candidates welcome
- Available to start July 1, 2026 dedicated full-time to a single client for the 3-year contract term
Bonus, not required
- SailPoint ISC certification (Certified IdentityNow Engineer or equivalent)
- Experience supporting public-sector IAM environments at 25,000+ identity scale
- Prior work with Node.js/Express middleware integrations bridging IGA and federation systems
